Our services are aimed at ensuring adequate levels of indoor quality through an integrated approach intervention strategy, i.e. a complete analysis of all the elements that may influence. Air, water and surfaces are closely linked and only their global management can guarantee results.
The scheme that is applied can be summarised in the following steps.
VISUAL INSPECTION
It makes it possible to ascertain the status of the various components of the system as part of scheduled maintenance operations. This examination consists in assessing the hygienic state of some critical points of the system and their functionality.
TECHNICAL INSPECTION
Series of controls and in-depth field sampling of the hygienic state of the plant by measuring the values of particulate matter, possible microbiological and physical contamination on the plants being inspected in order to assess their criticality.
TECHNICAL INSPECTION REPORT
The data taken from the Technical Inspection Report are summarised and evaluated to determine whether or not cleaning and reclamation work is necessary and the type of work to be carried out and the timing of the work.
RECLAMATION PROJECT
Document containing the operating procedures for carrying out the reclamation work, including the requirements to operate in complete safety.
RECLAMATION OPERATION
Activities including all mechanical cleaning operations and subsequent sanitisation processes.
FINAL TECHNICAL INSPECTION
The steps taken in the initial technical inspection are retraced, redoing the same checks, measurements, analyses, etc.
RECLAMATION INSPECTION REPORT
Document with which the initial and final data are compared and conclusions drawn, including the possible updating of the maintenance and monitoring plan, if the remediation intervention has highlighted elements not previously foreseen.
